The Suburb of Warilla


Warilla is bounded by Morley Park, Bradman Avenue, King Street, Queen Street, Shellharbour Road, Woolworths Avenue and Veronica Street in the north; the Tasman Sea in the east; the Little Lake, Shellharbour Road and Ulster Avenue in the south; and The Kingsway, a line running continuously from Trumper Street in the west.

Warilla is a beautiful suburb situated along the ocean with beaches and shared pathways perfect for long walks, bike rides and skating.  

Elliot Lake or Little Lake is at the south end of the beach and is a great spot for kids to swim and play where the water is shallow.

Warilla Library is an architecturally unique community hub with indoor and outdoor spaces, comfortable seating, a technology hub including free Wi-Fi and computer access, meeting and study rooms and good accessibility. The library is located across from Warilla Grove where there is a range of commercial and retail outlets.

The central business district can be found on George Street, with an updated streetscape, cafes and small businesses.
