Proposed changes to the Shellharbour LEP 2013
Shellharbour City Council's Local Environmental Plan (LEP) is an important planning tool that helps shape the future of our community. The public exhibiton period closed on 15 April 2021.
What is a LEP?
An LEP is a legal document that sets out how land can be used and developed in the Shellharbour LGA. It does this by providing "zones" for different types of land uses and applies various planning controls to these zones.
